There are no preservatives or chemicals added to our polypropylene masks. All of our raw materials are subject to stringent toxicological and carcinogenic testing to ensure the masks are safe to wear. Based on this testing, our masks are devoid of irritants and are safe for human skin. Our non-woven polypropylene contains trace amounts of blue polypropylene base pellet, which gives the outer layer its blue shade.
