All orders will be fulfilled by our shipping team within 1-3 days, unless otherwise specified for pre-orders or products on backorder.
Once fulfilled and shipped, it takes anywhere from 3-9 business days for delivery depending on your location. The Canadian Shield is located in Ontario, so orders outside of Ontario are generally on the longer end of that delivery timeline, where orders within Ontario are on the shorter end.
Once an order is fulfilled, you'll receive a shipment notification via email as well as a tracking number.
Please be advised that delivery delays from the courier are beyond our control. Recently, severe weather in British Columbia caused a number of shipment delays for our customers. We understand this is frustrating, but unfortunately it is out of our control. If your order has been delayed by the courier, we kindly ask that you reach out to them, UPS or Canada Post, regarding the status of your order.
