After an online order is submitted, customers will have the opportunity to edit the shipping address as needed. This can be done using the 'Update Address' button located in the order confirmation window, Or at the bottom of the order confirmation email

Common address updates include; adding an apartment number, adding a buzzer code number, or fixing the postal code.

If there was a mistake when entering your address at checkout and you are now unable to update the address before it ships, we recommend the following: Contact the shipping provider directly (either UPS of Canada Post) to try and reroute the shipment. While it's not guaranteed, they may be able reroute the shipment to the correct address for you (additional fees may apply). At this point, we will not have control or access to rerouting your package.

Please note: You will be able to change your address on your customer account for future purchases. If your package is returned to us you will be notified and receive a refund.

The Canadian Shield will not reship any orders if the wrong address has been inputted by the customer at checkout. We understand that mistakes can happen. We kindly ask you, as the customer, to carefully review your shipping address at checkout. Please use the method described above if you need to make a change.
