Customers are permitted to cancel and refund their orders providing the order has not been fulfilled. 


Please refer to our FAQ titled 'How do I cancel my order' for instructions. 


Order fulfillment can mean any of the following: 

  • You received an email stating 'Your order is on the way!'
  • Your order status says 'Fulfilled', 'On the way', 'In Transit', or 'Delivered'
  • Your tracking number shows the order as 'Label created' or any of the statuses above 


If you change your mind and no longer wish to receive your order after it has been fulfilled, we kindly ask that you review our Ecommerce Order Agreement Terms & Conditions agreed upon at checkout. All online orders of PPE and rapid antigen tests are final sale and cannot be cancelled and refunded after they have been fulfilled.
