Please Include: A photo for our records, a specific description of the issue as well as the quantity of product showing a quality symptom.
The Canadian Shield is happy to resolve any issues that are found to be a result of manufacturer error.
Please note, that any damage found to be the result of the shipping courier will require the customer to submit a claim with that courier. The Canadian Shield is not responsible for damage by the shipping courier. Please refer to our FAQ titled 'Package damaged by courier' for instructions and details on submitting that claim.
