When you tracking number shows 'Label created' this means that the shipping label has been printed and the tracking number has been assigned to your order. After this, it can take a bit of time for your order to be physically packed, picked up by the courier, taken to the courier distribution centre, scanned and then updated online in the courier's tracking portal.
We recommend all customers wait at least 24-48 hours after the label creation phase to see if the tracking number has updated.
Please also be advised that due to extremely large order volumes, The Canadian Shield will pre-print shipping labels in advance in order to streamline the fulfillment process. So if your label has been created, but hasn't updated, and you're still within the 3-5 business day fulfillment window, please be patient as we're working on fulfilling your order soon.
If it's been more than 5 business days from the time your label was created, and there have been no updates, please reach out to our Customer Support team so we can look into your order. We also recommend using the 'view shipment details' button on the courier tracking portal to see if there have been any updates from the courier. Sometimes missing shipping address info such as an apartment number or incorrect postal code and cause the order to be delayed.
