If you'd like, you can also create a customer account with us to view the status of your order at any time (you'll need to use the same email as used for the order).

If your order is a 'pre-order', please review the timeline information that was provided to you at the time of checkout or the 'Pre-Order Info' email that was sent to you after checkout. All of the information we can provide regarding the timeline for your order will be detailed there. We are not able to provide any more information for those asking 'when will my order be shipped?'. If anything should change that would alter the timeline of your pre-order, our team will be in contact with you.
